Hello everyone !
Today I joined the Bannatyne’s gym, I am really excited to go tomorrow. I have been craving a good workout since my gym membership ended just before I moved back here. So now I am joined up for the month – gym, swim and classes. It is just round the corner from where I work too which is nice and handy.
I am planning some low carb meals to make during the week as well as making a list of smoothies to make for breakfast !
