Jason Wu SS12: I was flicking through different designers from NYFW and Jason Wu really grabbed my attention. The feminine colours and flowing materials used were beautiful especially paired with sheer shirts and thin belts. The lovely collars were subtle but defiantly a key feature I will be keeping my eye on.
I think what I liked about Jason Wu’s looks was that it could all be incorporated into a working wardrobe, we don’t need to dress like men to fit into the work place. We can take collars and make them feminine, a sheer shirt can be layered to look classy and girly when paired with trousers and a thin belt can emphasise your look and pull an outfit together yet keeping it girly and smart. .
