Today I did my usual walk down to the sea. This was the first outing for my winter coat this autumn and it did a good job of keeping me warm. Yes, it’s official, autumn is here and I think she will be sticking around from now. I have already managed to get ear ache from knocking about down by the sea, hopefully ear warmers and honey with lemon will keep me good.
