The other week I found this tube of Burt’s Bees Nourishing Body Lotion. I think this came from an event I went to quite some time back and there was just under half left. As I’ve finally got into the habit of using body cream I decided I should finish it up. I’d finished off using the product last Sunday and did a quick search on my blog to see if I’d reviewed it. As I hadn’t shared my thoughts on the Milk and Honey body lotion I thought I would let you know my thoughts.
This body lotion is for normal to dry skin. It’s very lightweight so I’ve been using it in the mornings as I tend to user a thicket cream at night. This body cream has been leaving my skin feeling soft and with a light sweet scent. It did do a good job of keeping my skin moisturised throughout the day but I can’t say it stood out above any other creams I’ve been using over the last month or so. One of the good things about this cream is that it’s non-greasy which meant that I didn’t have to wait too long before getting dressed after using it.
Burt’s Bees have a new formula out for those of you who are thinking of giving it a go. I think this cream would be better for those of you with normal skin. I’m not sure if I’ll be trying this again, although it did a good job, I think I have enough body creams to be getting on with and I fancy trying something new next time.
