I’m really into gold at the moment, especially in the home but also in terms of jewellery and nail varnish. I know that 2015 has been very much about metallics, especially the copper trend. However, I personally think gold has a much more classic feel to it. I prefer to invest in items that will last for a long time in the home and not just survive for a trend.

As with copper, I like to focus on using gold as an accent in the home. I don’t want it to the be main focus of a room but more of a subtle nod towards my appreciation of 60s colour schemes.
