A few weeks ago I mentioned that I was taking part in the John Lewis Give with Love Secret Santa campaign.
I was paired with Tasha from Hello Freckles. If you haven’t seen Tasha’s lifestyle blog then you must head over there right now. Hello Freckles is filled with outfit posts, fashion tips, the best in beauty and all her foodie faves. There’s always something new to read and I love the variety of content.
I had such fun taking part in this campaign. I spent some time reading through Tasha’s blog, which was a real pleasure. Once I’d done my research I then browsed the John Lewis website ’til I found the perfect gift. I’m sure you’re all aware that John Lewis have a fantastic selection of products available so there was plenty to choose from.
I found it very easy to find things I thought Tasha might like. The difficult part was narrowing down my ideas. I decided to go for a bottle of Jo Malone Peony & Blush Suede Cologne and a box of Prestat Marc De Champagne Pink Chocolate Truffles. I was very pleased with my choice and hope that Tasha enjoys them.
Tasha left a little note in my gift to let me know she was my Secret Santa. I was treated to the Fujifilm Instax Mini 8 Camera and a box of Charbonnel et Walker Pink Champagne Truffles. I was delighted when I opened up my gifts. I’m a big fan of photography but always forget to print my photos. So, with the Instax Mini 8 I have no excuse because the photos print out instantly – very exciting! I really can’t wait to have a chance to play around with my new camera, I’ll be sure to let you know how I get along. I was also delighted to finally try Charbonnel et Walker truffles. I can confirm that they’re delicious and I’ll be picking some up for gifts this Christmas.
