On the 1st April we went to the Peddler Night Market in Sheffield. We’ve been to the market a few times now and there’s always a lively and friendly atmosphere. It’s hosted on the first Friday (5-11pm) and Saturday (2-11pm) of every month on Kelham Island. I usually go on the Friday evening, straight after work. Make sure you arrive as early as you can to avoid waiting to get in.
The market is filled with lots of indie street food, drink and craft stalls. There’s a wide choice of food including veggie and vegan options. The food stalls are switched up most months so there’s always something new to try. There’s also live music throughout the evening from local acts. I think the market helps to highlight the ever-growing independent scene in Sheffield.
I hope you enjoy my vlog and photos from the April night market. Leave a comment below and let me know if you’ll be attending the next one. If you’re not based in Sheffield then I’d love to know if there’s a similar event in your city.
