Lavender
I’m all for the lavender trend this season. It’s probably one of my favourites. The 3 items I’ve picked out today would be perfect for anyone who doesn’t want to go all in on this trend but still loves pastels. Just team the two-tone Superga trainers with a light denim skirt or jeans and a white t-shirt. Easy. The mini backpack will be perfect for festivals and the card holder is a very easy way to embrace the trend. If you’re looking to splash out then you need this beautiful summer dress.
I’d say pastel shades are pretty big in general this year. So you could opt for my fave pastel blue Converse or a lightweight pastel blue dress from Free People. If you need a little more inspiration check out my last fashion wishlist – it’s full of pastel finds.

Transparent
I’ve been seeing so many fantastic transparent handbags over on Instagram. I never used to like them but something’s changed and I’m now ready to get involved. I personally wouldn’t go too crazy with the transparent look, the shoes I’ve seen just look uncomfortable. However, a handbag or umbrella would be perfect. The lemon clutch is very cute and ideal for anyone with a seaside trip booked. It would be the one I opt for. The Studio 33 cross body is a much more affordable version of the new Chanel one that’s been knocking about. I know, it’s not the same but it would be perfect for festivals and is just a fun bag to have for the summer.

Statement Earrings
Jennifer Zeuner Heart Earrings | Cloverpost Pine Earrings | Rosantica Angola Earrings
Giant hoops and novelty pom poms are everywhere right now. I’ve always loved statement earrings but it’s been a while since I had a truly WOW pair. These ones from Cloverpost are very affordable yet still unique. Then I had to include my favourite pair from Jennifer Zeuner which are delicate yet still make a bold statement. I’ve also spotted these fun fruity ones which link into the woven obsession everyone has at the moment.
Woven Accessories
MICHAEL Michael Kors Watermelon Tote | Mercedes Salazar Tutti Frutti Hat | Kate Spade Picnic Basket
Woven accessories make me think of the summer months. I’ve always been a fan of woven hats and handbags so I’m pleased to be seeing more of them around this year. The trend started strong last year and has grown rapidly. I can’t decide which of the 3 items I’ve picked out that I like the best. Perhaps the hat, I always love a good hat. Although I’d get good use out of the handbag and picnic bag (it’s those cute woven strawberries that get me).
