We made it through the turbulent year that was 2020 and just like that we’re two weeks into 2021.
I’ve set myself a few goals for the year ahead, a word of the year and as I’ve done for the last two years, I have also set 12 challenges for each month of 2021.
I was hoping to write and share this post at the start of January but all of a sudden it’s the 14th. I think that’s a sign of how the year is going to go.
Last year my challenges were focused around health and wellbeing. I did pretty well with my goals and there are a few which I’d like to repeat in the coming months.
This year my goals are a little more relaxed but with a continued focus on health and wellbeing.
12 monthly challenges for 2021
January – End my breastfeeding journey with X and get both of us into a good sleep routine
February – Workout for at least 30 minutes each day
March – Do at least 10 minutes of skipping each morning
April – Wake up at 6am
May – Daily photographs
June – Mini daily videos
July – Visit somewhere new once a week
August – Start everyday with yoga
September – Give hand knitting a try
October – Set aside at least 10 minutes to read a physical book everyday
November – Watch a new documentary everyday
December – Bake something festive each afternoon
I still need to share a post looking back at my challenges for 2020 but we’ll leave that for another day.
